Pecan Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

2 Fuji or Gala apples, unpeeled & diced

1 Granny Smith apple, or other tart apple, unpeeled & diced

1 cup seedless green grapes, halved

1 cup seedless red grapes, halved

1 cup finely chopped celery, optional

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1/3 cup raisins

2 tbsp. sour cream

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 cup PLANTATION PECAN PIECES

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except for pecans. Stir well. Microwave pecans on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes. Add pecans to mixture and blend well. Chill well before serving.
